WELCOME TO OUR SEQUOIAS RESTAURANT

Our restaurant takes its name from the Sequoias tree in the hotels gardens where we are lucky to have one of the largest in Wales.

Our Welsh Head Chef Mark Parry and his team use fresh, local and responsibly sourced produce wherever possible throughout our menus.

The New House Country Hotel is a Grade II listed building, dating back to the early 18th century. Originally built in 1735 by the Lewis family, a wealthy family who at one time owned St Fagan’s Castle, we first opened our doors as a hotel in 1989.

Opening Hours:

Lunch is served, daily from midday to 2pm

Dinner is served Monday – Saturday, 6pm to 9.45pm

Our Sunday dinner menu runs from 6pm to 9pm

Please note Sunday Evenings operate a traditional Sunday roast menu
