Join us for something special this November… we are challenging and highlighting the talents of our team of chefs!

At Penny Farthing we promote careers, not jobs, and as such we have asked each of our chefs to create a dish for a 6 course tasting menu, all under the watchful eye of our Head Chef, Dale.

Your duck dish will be lovingly crafted by Peter, Peter has been a chef for 18 years and worked all over the world.

Mike will bring all the expertise he has gained in over 40 years of cooking, working on cruise ships, in London and importantly for this dish, Scotland, to preparing your Gravlax of Salmon.

Our youngest chef, Callum, will prepare your Pumpkin Soup: watch this space as he is a star of the future!

Darryl, who works in every area of the kitchen, will be poaching those pears for your pear and Per Las Welsh cheese,

Abi, our famous pastry chef, has set herself a new challenge in creating a tray of desserts.

Nicole, with over 7 years of events catering experience, will add a new twist to a Champagne Sorbet.

Head Chef Dale will ensure that everything goes to plan!
